Dear East Indian Sounding Travel Agent, It is not my responsability to teach you how to use the internet. If you don't know how to use it, take a computer course or something. I don't have the time to sit with you for ten minutes, teaching you how to follow links and arguing with you over whether the reason our website is loading or not is because of the connectivity of your network. "I can see if it was a home computer, but our network is not slow." Okay, just that sentence in itself proves you know little to nothing about computers at all and choose to hide behind what you have been told to protect your idiocy. GAD. Don't call again until you figure out that a link is what you need to follow, and don't call back saying: "I asked them to send me the reservation by email. All this email has is a link. I don't need a link, I need a reservation." UGH. Sincerely, Also: Dear Other Customers, YOU are calling ME to get something from ME. Please be courteous enough to have your information ready, not be standing in the middle of World War 2, and NOT argue with me about things that I KNOW. I have been working for this company and with this system for nearly a year and a half. You have been working with this system for two minutes. If I say that a policy is the way that it is, that is the way that it is. If I say a rate is what it is, that's what it is. No amount of arguing or threatening or swearing is going to change the way that things are. Also, please stop hanging up on me or I am going to start hanging up on you. Sincerely, Today has been a day that has been too long already. It's only 2pm but I am just seething. It's not a good thing to be completely and totally insulted and offended by someone very rude that you have been friends with and made exceptions for and been submissive to for five years, and then come and deal with customers from the same country as that person. It's just too much. Plus it's been mega busy all day, since I got here, and it seems like every single caller has been rude. I didn't get much sleep, and now I am exhausted. And I smell like horsey fly dope, which smells hideous. That's the end. RARRRRRRRR!!

I shouldn't have any problems with that though, we're all grown ups here, right?
